- This is my favorite and easy blue cheese dressing:

- Combine in bowl and stir with wire wisk:
- 1 16 oz. container sour cream (I use the light sour cream)
- 1/2 to 3/4 quart of buttermilk
- 2 Tbl. dried minced onion
- 1 Tbl. italian seasoning
- 1 Tbl. worchestshire sauce
- garlic salt
- shot of tabasco sauce
- dried parsley

- After mixing stir in 1 or 2 (depending upon how thick you want it) 4 oz.
- packages crumbled blue cheese. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours before
- serving.
